Dr. Bernadine Martinez, a highly qualified leadership coach, specializes in guiding non-profit, for-profit, and academic professionals towards sustainable and measurable improvements in continuous quality enhancement. With a remarkable background in education, Dr. Martinez has served as an Assistant Superintendent of Education, Regional Head Start Program Director, early childhood teacher, principal, and as a leader of diverse and resilient educational teams exceeding 300 members. Her expertise extends to designing innovative training and instructional systems that foster cultural, transformational, and professional growth. As a Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer with The John Maxwell Team, Dr. Martinez is privileged to witness the life-changing benefits of leadership coaching.
