Return Policy

  • Claims for returns must be reported to customer service within 15 days of receipt.
  • Upon reporting to customer service, you will be given a Return Authorization Form to complete. Please include the form when returning the materials.
  • Returns must be unopened, in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • All charges associated with returning materials, including shipping/handling, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from the return amount.
  • A credit will be issued to your account or applied to your credit card within 7-10 business days after your return is received. Depending on your credit card company, there may be an additional 2-10 business day waiting period after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • Opened CD’s & software may not be returned.

Shipping Policy

  • Most orders are shipped within three business days after the order is received. (Orders that are collections of products may require a little extra time as these are built when your order is placed.)
  • During our high volume season (March-September), your order may take longer to process. Please plan accordingly.
  • Shipping carriers are determined by Frog Street Press. Our preferred shipper is UPS. The transit time for orders is under five days from Texas to anywhere in the US (with the exception of delays due to bad weather).
  • Orders shipping to locations outside of the continental US may be shipped via USPS (Mail).
  • Shipping & Handling for orders over $50 is 15%. There is a $4.99 minimum charge for orders less than $50 placed on our website. For all other orders, there is an $8.00 minimum charge.
