In this day and age of technology and arranged play dates, it is important to keep some time open for children to experience imaginative and outdoor play.  A recent study published by Dr. Peter Gray in Psychology Today reveals that there is significant statistical evidence to support how the decline in unstructured play is linked to the rise in mental disorders among our nation’s young people.
